How does Salonpas_® Gel-Patch differ from regular Salonpas_® Patches?: Because gel-patches contain water, they have more of a cooling effect when compared to regular dry patches. Also, Salonpas_® Gel-Patch uses stretchable base materials, which allow the patch to be applied on typically hard to apply areas such as joints.
Does Salonpas_® Gel-Patch smell?: Although the product is unscented, because it contains menthol, there is a minty smell.
Can Salonpas_® Gel-Patch be applied on the joints?: Yes, Salonpas_® Gel-Patch can be applied on joints.
As the product is stretchable in all directions, it can be applied on typically hard to stick areas such as joints and the lower back.
