STEP1

Intro, Interlude, Outro

    • 1.Jog while swinging your arms energetically, clap your hands twice x 2
    • 2.While jogging, turn full-circle to the right, clap your hands twice
    • 3.While jogging, turn full-circle to the left, clap your hands twice

Tip !

STEP2

Verse

    • 1.Raise your index finger, middle finger, and ring finger in that order
    • 2.Rotate your arms all the way around, then do the Salonpas Pose gesture using your index fingers and thumbs
    • 3.Press the Salonpas Pose gesture forward while taking a big step to the right, then to the left
    • 4.Roll your shoulders way back while stepping to the right
    • 5.Roll your shoulders back the same way while stepping to the left. Repeat, alternating left and right x 4
    • 6.Bring your arms back once
    • 7.Throw your arms up wide, palms spread open, and thrust your chest out
    • 8.Hold that pose as you arch your upper body back, then bend and stretch your whole body x 6
    • 9.With both arms up, bend your body way over to the right
    • 10.In the same way, bend your body way over to the left. Repeat, alternating left and right x 2
    • 11.While spreading both arms wide from the chest, step to the right x 2
    • 12.While spreading both arms wide in the same way, step to the left x 2
    • 13.Raise both arms straight up
    • 14.Bend your elbows and move both arms down while raising your right knee
    • 15.While moving both arms up and down in the same way, raise your left knee. Repeat, alternating left and right x 4

Chorus

    • 1.Take a big step forward with your left foot, and with your right hand apply a Salonpas to your left shoulder, then return to standing up straight
    • 2.Step forward with your right foot, and apply a Salonpas to your right shoulder with your left hand
    • 3.Keep your left hand up, apply a Salonpas to your left shoulder with your right hand, and stand up straight
    • 4.Bend and stretch your body, then raise both arms up, and kick forward with your right leg, then your left x 2
    • 5.Bend and stretch your body, then put both arms out front, and kick forward with your right leg, then your left x 2
    • 6.Bend and stretch your body as you pull with your arms out front x 4
    • 7.Do the Salonpas Pose gesture using your index fingers and thumbs
    • 8.Hold the pose and push your hands out forward
    • 9.Jump and stretch your arms and legs way out. Then return to standing up straight

Bridge

    • 1.Extend your thumbs, then index fingers, then middle fingers
    • 2.Rotate your arms all the way around, then do the Salonpas Pose gesture using your index fingers and thumbs
    • 3.Press the Salonpas Pose gesture forward while taking a big step to the right, then to the left
    • 4.Spread your feet apart wide and bend your body over
    • 5.Bend your body way back, then return to standing up straight
    • 6.Push both arms forward, then pull them back and kick your left leg way back
    • 7.Push both arms forward in the same way, then pull them back and kick your right leg way back. Repeat, alternating left and right x 4
    • 8.Swing your right elbow diagonally down as you raise your left knee. Bring your elbow and knee together
    • 9.In the same way, swing your left elbow diagonally down as you raise your right knee. Bring your elbow and knee together x 4
    • 10.While spreading both arms wide from the chest, step to the right x 2
    • 11.While spreading both arms wide in the same way, step to the left x 2
    • 12.Raise both arms straight up
    • 13.Bend your elbows and move both arms down while raising your right knee
    • 14.While moving both arms up and down in the same way, raise your left knee. Repeat, alternating left and right x 4

Tip !

How to apply

  • For shoulders
    Salonpas is effective by applying 2 patches on both side of neck and shoulder, and also apply 2 patches vertically, next to each other on upper back.
  • For back
    Salonpas is effective for backache by applying 2 patches vertically, next to each other on the lower back, and apply 2 patches parallel to these patches.
  • For calf
    Salonpas is effective for muscle fatigue by applying 1 patch on the left side of the calf and another patch on the right.
